Refund policy

Effective Date: July 6, 2026

At Howdy Lovelee, every item is made to order just for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size, color, or due to buyer’s remorse. Please review all product descriptions, sizing charts, and order details carefully before placing your order.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we’re happy to make it right.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery by emailing howdylovelee@gmail.com with:

● Your order number

● A brief description of the issue

● Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once your claim is reviewed, we will provide either:

● A free replacement, or

● A full refund, depending on the situation.

Because our products are custom printed specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

● Ordering the wrong size

● Ordering the wrong color

● Changing your mind

● Accidental orders

● Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

Please double-check your order before completing your purchase.

Orders may be canceled or changed within 2 hours of purchase. After that, production begins and we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.

If your package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but cannot be located, please first contact the carrier and check with neighbors or your local post office.

If your package is lost in transit before delivery, please contact us and we will work with our print provider and shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

Once an order has shipped, delivery times are the responsibility of the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, holidays, customs, or carrier issues.
