Thank you for shopping with Howdy Lovelee! Every item is made to order with care, so please review the information below regarding production and shipping.
Order Processing
All of our products are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be printed, packed, and prepared for shipment.
During holidays, sales, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be longer.
Shipping Times
Estimated shipping times after your order has been processed:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- International: 10–30 business days (where available)
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order, shipping destination, and selected shipping method.
Any available free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on our website.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
If you notice an error, please contact us immediately. Once an order enters production or has shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
Orders returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer may require additional shipping charges before they can be resent.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us so we can work with the shipping carrier to investigate.
Howdy Lovelee is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, natural disasters, carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, or other events beyond our control.
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier first. We are unable to issue refunds for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once reviewed, we will gladly provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.
